She controversially replaced Cheryl Cole on the 11th hour because the fourth judge for the hotly anticipated American version of The X Factor.

But now Nicole Scherzinger is leaving the show after only one season.

It was announced today that the previous Pussycat Dolls singer aren’t returning to the judging panel, when the show returns within the autumn.

A Fox spokeswoman confirmed that Welsh host Steve Jones also won’t be back for the recent season.

No other details were provided as Nicole stepped out in Ny city today, looking relaxed in a black lacy top, skinny black jeans and a large fluffy fur gilet.

Towering heels completed the look together with oversized sunglasses, and he or she even managed to crack a grin as she met a chum for lunch.

‘She desires to specialise in her music career,’ a source said. ‘She’s spoken to Simon [Cowell] and he’s given her his blessing.’

Nicole is currently rehearsing for her upcoming European tour that kicks off next month.

‘X
Factor took much more of her time than she ever expected,’ the source said. ‘She did not have any time really to work on her music. She was
doing X Factor six days every week.’

Meanwhile, in response to website Deadline, judge Paula Abdul may be in line for the axe.

A Simon Cowell insider is reported to have told the web site that ‘Abdul usually are not returning as a judge next season.’

Deadline reports that sources say neither Jones, Scherzinger and Abdul left the show in their own accord.

Although the X Factor performed solidly

Cowell had also recently

become quite happy with that now. TOWIE has become my life and

Following a hit that saw seven million viewers tune in per episode, My Big Fat Gyspy Wedding Is Back.

The popular Channel 4 show will return to the small screen next month and this time the ceremonies are much more outrageous and the lavish, pantomime style dresses have gotten even bigger.

And obviously the show wouldn’t be complete with out a bride who can barely slot in the trademark mode of transport – a carriage. Although despite the bridal look, this pink-clad princess isn’t even a bride. But a college-leaver on her option to prom.

Wearing
an over-sized tiara, bright pink lipstick and sporting an orange tan,
the young bride walks down the aisle within the most lavish ceremony yet.

Images of the young bride also show her wearing a multi-coloured palm tree dress which Madine also made.

The
bright green, blue and orange dress was coupled with a pineapple one
which Dolores’ sister Chantelle wore at a celebration the night before the
wedding.

Another request sees five bridesmaids dressed in bright green tiered dresses with matching headpieces and bouquets.

Despite
living in the ultra-wealthy traveller town of Rathkeale, Co Limerick,
Dolores still calls on dressmaker Thelma Madine who has featured on the
show since the first series.

Madine
agrees thon the cat-decorated gown is the ‘most outrageous’ she has
ever made even thinks Dolores may have a new nickname within the sort of
Catwoman.

‘The size and scale of a few of those celebrations is incredible it kind of feels like some brides try even harder to out-do one another,’ said a Channel 4 insider. ‘It might be much more spectacular.’

The latest series of the show is likewise set to focus more on gypsy life with regards to crime, education and family and also will see the return of Celebrity Big Brother winner Paddy Doherty.
