Celebrity Big Brother winner Denise Welch accused of ‘cheating on husband Tim Healy with party planner’
After winning Celebrity Big Brother on Friday, Denise Welch is calling forward to spending time together with her family.
But the actress’s 23-year marriage is ready to be rocked by new claims Welch have been having an eight month affair with a celebration planner.
The Sunday Mirror alleges the mummy-of-two, 53, have been secretly seeing party organiser Lincoln Townley, 39, since last year.
Trouble? Denise Welch, pictured last November in Manchester, was accused of cheating on her husband Tim Healy
A friend of Townley told the newspaper that Welch met Townley on the Jet Black club in London last April after filming Loose Women and had even spent the night along with her before she went into the fame Big Brother house.
They added: ‘They started seeing one another on a
casual basis. Lincoln said she was the identical faraway from the cameras as
she was on TV. He saw the Loose Woman in her pop out after they were
partying together.’
The friend added that Denise would stay at his home occasionally but they might mostly spend time in her hotel room near the Loose Women studios after the show have been filmed after which she would head home to Cheshire day after today.
‘Lincoln said they’ve a good time
together, the age difference doesn’t matter. She is a celebration girl,
obviously. He loves being along with her because she’s such great fun. It was very casual and all about having fun. Lincoln enjoyed it because there has been no emotional stress.’
Lincoln is even believed to have told friends that he was surprised that Denise never tried to conceal their relationship and so they were always seen together at bars and restaurants in central London.

But by the early autumn, the friend said their relationship began to get more serious and Denise began talking openly about her marriage problems and said she felt she was living a ‘double life’.
News of the alleged affair comes two months after Healy, 59, was rushed to hospital for surgery on his blocked arteries.
At the time, Welch said: ‘I didn’t need reminding how much i like Tim but something like this has made us both stop, think and re-evaluate everything.’
Fans of Welch will know the actress have been open about her previous affairs on Loose Women and in her autobiography.
In an interview last May, Welch said: ‘There
is a perception that Tim is the long-suffering husband and that i’m bad
Denise. It’s not true. We’ve both, by our own admission, strayed.

‘But we’ve got both chosen to stay together as it’s what we wish. Marriage is difficult…We’ve admitted our mistakes and feature been together 22 years.
Lover: Carpenter Steve Murray, who Denise admitted to having an affair with – Healy discovered after she left a message for him which was meant for Steve
‘Tim’s hard, I’m complex but we understand one another, we’ve got plenty of good times and we’re a unit.’
In her 2010 autobiography, Welch admitted to an affair with a toyboy named Steve Murray, while her husband was away filming Auf Wiedersehen, Pet.
She recalled her affair being discovered by Healy when she accidentally left a message for Murray on her husband’s answermachine.
She wrote in her book Pulling Myself Together: ‘I called him back and left a message: “Hi, darling, it’s me. What a nightmare that we will’t party, i can attempt to nip off if i will. Speak to you later. Thanks. Love you!”
‘Then Tim phoned half an hour later: “Hi, darling!” I said. “i would like a divorce. You may have left a message in your boyfriend on my answer phone,” he replied.
‘My insides turned over and that i desired to be sick. Instantly I realised my mistake: I had dialled Tim rather than Steve and left a message that ended with “Love you!” It was clearly for somebody aside from Tim, and obviously directed at a person.’
But the couple decided to place the affair behind them for the sake in their family.
She said: ‘I think our marriage became stronger after that. It was a turning point in up to we realised we needed to make more time for every other.’
