She said: ‘I
love women looking fabulous and that i don’t think getting old means
looking less good. For me, it’s less about seeking to looking younger and
more about ensuring you look your very best.
‘Without doubt, once
I hit 40 I needed to make more effort and it wasn’t until then I realised
how much easier it was after I was younger.’
Crediting a very good amount of sleep for maintaining her youthful looks, Hurley added: ‘Back then, i’ll look
pretty good on three hours sleep.

‘Now, i glance like a lunatic if I don’t
get not less than double that. In my 20s i was capable of exist on
coffee, cigarettes and crisps, but again, a number of days of that now
and that i’d feel and look really scary!’

And while Hurley stays slim with a standard exercise plan, she admits it might probably sometimes be hard to stay to her own regime.
She said: ‘I put myself under
pressure to stay slim because I still model my very own bikinis nevertheless it is
far more difficult to feel motivated within the gloomy winter.
‘I wrap myself up and take a look at to stroll
on daily basis with my dogs and occasionally force myself to run a piece – but I
hate it. i really like Pilates and yoga but, again, am prone to do them
within the spring and summer.’
Hurley also credits her sportsman
fiancé Shane Warne for keeping her motivated in relation to exercise,
adding: ‘Shane is rather disciplined when he needs to be but, bizarrely, I
eat as a minimum thrice greater than him because I’m far greedier and
consider food all day long.
‘He’s naturally very athletic because
he’s been a qualified sportsman for over two decades. He keeps
threatening to make me run with him, but I’ve resisted up to now!’
When it involves her diet regime,
Hurley says she is comparatively relaxed with what she eats – but always
makes sure that it’s organic.
She said: ‘I almost never eat
anything from a tin or a packet and the identical goes for over the festive
season. I’m obsessed on home-cooked food and am convinced that
eating loads of packaged and processed food encourages weight gain.
‘If you concentrate on it, a homemade
cake has only four ingredients; butter, eggs, sugar and flour but when you
have a look at the ingredients list of a store-bought cake, it could be quadruple
that – and most of it belongings you don’t want to your body.’
