Paris Jackson interview on Ellen: Michael’s daughter admits ‘the masks were stupid’
The unusual and wacky world of showbiz wouldn’t be the identical without the frequent eccentricities.
But even Paris Jackson has confessed she initially thought wearing masks in public was ‘stupid’.
Her father Michael Jackson would frequently cover his children’s faces, in a bid to maintain Prince Michael, 14, Paris, 13, and nine-year-old Prince Michael II out of the prying eye of the paparazzi lens.

Despite ridiculing the myriad of
disguises at the Ellen DeGeneres Show, the teen revealed she
understood why the King Of dad had concealed his brood.
Speaking
of her early years, Paris said: ‘I’m like, “This is often stupid, why am I
wearing a mask?” But I sort of realised the older I got, he only tried
to offer protection to us and he’d explain that to us too.’
It seems protecting their identity from
the general public had the specified effect though, and when Paris arrived on the
Buckley School – nobody knew who she was.

She said: ‘I do have an ordinary childhood. I mean, I’m treated the similar. Once I came to (my new school) they did not know who i used to be. i used to be like, “Yes, I even have a big gamble to be normal.”‘
Yet now the rising star is chasing fame and popularity by landing her debut role in a movie series.
Jackson will play the heroine in fantasy picture Lundon’s
Bridge And The 3 Keys, in line with the young adult series by novelist Dennis H. Christen.

i would like to be identical to him.” i used to be little. i used to be younger than Blanket (their nickname for sibling Prince Michael II).’
Paris added: ‘We would do improvisation together. He would give us little
scenarios. He would say, “OK, on this scene, you’ll cry,” and that i
would cry prompt.’

her seal of approval at the interview, Paris later tweeted: ‘Had a
great time on @TheEllenShow today!
