Armani will dress Italian athletes

The Italian Olympic Committee recently announced that Giorgio
Armani will design the uniform for Italian athletes for the 2010 Summer Games in London.

There is no word about the details of the outfits yet as it will
be addressed by the designer at the upcoming press conference. Armani has never designed sportswear however he used varios sports stars in his underwear campaigns: Beckham, Ronaldo, Nadal.

By the way, not only Italians are lucky to be competing in
designer wear, British team is also bringing style to the Olympic Games 2012.
Their outfits are being made by Stella McCartney!
