Prada opens a new store in Lisbona

The shop opened last Saturday, was designed by Roberto Baciocchi and covers an area of 650 square meters. Located on Avenida da Liberdade, the store is on two levels and offers customers the collections of apparel, accessories and footwear for men and women.

Inside, the spaces are interconnected and characterized by different atmospheres, depending on the type of product on display. From an initial entry is accessed area dedicated to women’s collections, where the special bags and accessories, while passing through a central area that houses the clothing goes to a preview lounge dedicated to footwear, as defined by a curtain of Sappho color wax and furniture glass and polished steel.

In early June the label said that the listing process has never been shelved, but suspended pending an improvement in financial markets and is currently not possible to predict the timing. This confirmed what the company led by Patrizio Bertelli in a statement in the wake of press reports about a startup in the process of listing.
